#1 Delhi Judicial Services
The Delhi High Court conducts the Delhi Judicial Services recruitment exam annually for selecting civil judges. Anyone practising law and qualified advocates in India can attempt these exams. The pay package can be over INR 1,77,000 while the minimum pay scale is just over INR 56,000. You can take up to 6 attempts to crack this recruitment process. Several other states conduct similar exams and recruitment processes. Some of them are as follows:

#2 Rajasthan Judicial Services
It is a recruitment process conducted by the Rajasthan High Court to identify skilled candidates for the post of Civil Judge (CJ) in Rajasthan. This process is conducted offline even now.
Every year, the Rajasthan High Court also hires for over 1500 vacancies such as (JJA) Jr. Judicial Assistant, (JA) Jr. Assistant and clerk for not just the High Court but also all the district courts in the state. To be eligible for the three aforementioned posts aspirants are also expected to possess good computer skills apart from an undergraduate degree from a recognized University.
#3 TNPSC
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission more popularly referred to as the TNPSC conducts several statewide recruitment processes every year to fill vacancies across 4 groups (Groups 1 to 4) such as Deputy Collector, District Registrar in Group 1, Typist, Jr. Asst., Grade 3 Executive Officer in Group 4 and Forest Dept. Asst., Accountants for the Treasury/Accounts Dept., Assistant Inspector etc in Group 2. Group 2 in the TNPSC has posts that involve an interview and ones that don’t. Candidates can choose which group to apply for based on their aspirations, abilities, salary expectations and individual comfort level with interview processes.
Group 4 typically creates about 6000 jobs annually while group 1 posts are the most sought after and the most competitive since there are only about 50-150 vacant positions across all the job profiles. The monthly salary for the group 1 profiles ranges from INR 50,000 to over INR 1,75,000. Group 2 and Group 3 in the TNPSC offer over 5000 vacancies combined.
Each state has its own Public Service Commission (PSC) that assists the State Govt. to recruit skilled individuals for various roles across functions, departments, levels etc. Thousands of opportunities are offered by State PSC exams. It is advisable to constantly check the official website of your state’s PSC and setup/turn on desktop notifications for relevant opportunities (if possible).
#4 HPPSC HPAS Recruitment
The Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services recruitment process is conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission every year to select candidates for 6 vacancies which are as follows:
– Tehsildar
- Block DO (Development Officer)
- District Controller
- Police Services in Himachal Pradesh
- Administrative Service in Himachal Pradesh
- Asst. Registrar
You can appear for this offline exam from any one of the 10 different cities across the state. Anyone with a graduate degree from any recognized educational institution can apply for the HPPSC HPAS exam. There is no minimum percentage that a candidate should have secured during their undergraduate degree to be eligible for this. The number of vacancies are usually very less but the salary offered makes attempting the exam worthwhile.
Salaries can range from INR 9,000 to INR 35,000 depending on the post you are applying for.
