“I am a self-taught artist who enjoys exploring many different mediums to create my artwork.”
She paints with acrylics, oil pastels, and watercolor on Yupo paper using mixed media techniques with texture paste and sand to create her paintings; she also uses fabric paint on some pieces for added texture.
Her paintings reflect the beauty found in nature, along with her passion for animals, flowers, and peace signs.
Other media she uses include wood signs, cards, journals, and fabric collages which are made by cutting fabric into various patterns then sewing on Yupo paper to create unique one-of-a-kind designs. She also digitally paints some of her original artwork used for all types of products, such as T-shirts, mugs, cell phone cases, etc. One example of this is her “Peaceful Dog” print. Her goal is to make each item created using an artist’s work special and different from any other item available.
